Cách làm thịt viên chiên xù đơn giản cho các bé nhà bạn. Chỉ với thịt heo bằm và bột chiên xù cùng một ít gia vị cần thiết, bạn chỉ tốn một ít thời gian để hoàn thành. Bé yêu nhà bạn sẽ không thể từ chối đâu nhé!
Hành lá thái nhỏ, hành tím đập dập rồi băm nhỏ. Trứng gà đập ra bát, đánh tan. Thịt băm đem ướp với hành tím, hành lá, 1/2 thìa cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 thìa cà phê bột ngọt, 1/2 thìa cà phê hạt tiêu, 1/2 thìa cà phê nước mắm, đảo đều, ướp trong khoảng 10 phút hoặc lâu hơn. Các bạn có thể để thịt trong tủ lạnh một lúc để thịt trở nên dẻo, sẽ dễ nặn hơn ở bước sau.
Đổ riêng bột chiên xù và bột mì ra đĩa sâu lòng. Nặn thịt thành từng viên tròn nhỏ, sau đó lăn qua một lớp bột mì, rồi lăn qua đĩa trứng, cuối cùng lăn qua đĩa bột chiên xù. Các bạn có thể lặp lại 1 lần nữa các bước vừa rồi để món thịt viên có lớp vỏ giòn ngon hơn nhé!
Đặt chảo lên bếp, làm nóng chảo (chọn chảo nhỏ sâu lòng), cho tương đối nhiều dầu ăn, đun sôi dầu rồi thả viên thịt vào chiên. Khi viên thịt đã vàng đều, các bạn gắp ra đĩa có lót giấy thấm dầu.
Bày thịt đã chiên ra đĩa và ăn nóng. Như vậy là bạn đã hoàn thành xong món thịt viên chiên xù cực kì đơn giản, chắc chắn các bé sẽ rất thích món ăn này
