Khoai lang và bí đỏ gọt vot vỏ, cắt nhỏ rồi đem hấp chín hoặc luộc chín. Sau đó cho bí và khoai ra tô lớn, nghiền nhuyễn mịn cùng ít muối và tiêu cho vừa miệng.
Bánh tortilla cắt thành nhữn miếng nhỏ tròn có kích thước vừa với khay cupcake của bạn. Sau đó ấn bánh vào khay cupcake đem nướng ở 180 độ C trong khoảng 10-15 phút để tạo hình.
Bánh tortilla sau khi chín cho ra khỏi khuôn, để nguội bớt. Trong tô salad bí và khoai thêm vào mứt việt quất, hạnh nhân lát, bột ngò, sốt mayonnaise, sữa chua, đường, mù tạt, trộn đều lên.
